Hello and welcome to D&R Communications’ Website.

We are an Authorized Motorola Two Way Radio Dealer providing mobile and portable radios, repeaters, pagers, and radio accessories as well as radio tower rentals.

D&R is owned and operated locally by myself and my wife Denise. I have been selling and servicing Motorola equipment for over thirty five years.

I originally studied communications at RISE School of Electronics and obtained my first class FCC license back in 1979.

I began working at Ferns Radio and TV and started his communications division. I was the service manager at Fern’s until his retirement in 1999, and while there received a broad area of experience in electronic and communications servicing.

Soon after working at Fern’s I started my own family business and received a full dealership from both Kenwood and Motorola right after Fern’s closing. My wife Denise joined us shortly after and the business continued to grow. We have been servicing the tri-state area for over twenty years now.

D&R is a family run business that has unique values and is built on customer appreciation. At D&R the customer always comes first.  While growing up my family owned a construction business which is where I learned at a young age that servicing your customer right, at a fair price, will give you loyal repeat customers.
